Для использования АРІ достаточно отправить GET запросы на специальный адрес сервера.

Ответы сервера приходят в JSON-формате. Кодировка - UTF8.

Для тестирования функционала можно использовать:

* Приложение Postman
* Браузер Сhrome/Opera с приложением JSON Viewer.
* Браузер Firefox - JSON ридер уже встроен в сам браузер.
